About Kentucky Small Claims Court
Kentucky's District Court Small Claims Division handles disputes up to $2,500 — the lowest cap in the United States. Attorneys are permitted. Kentucky's written contract statute of limitations is 10 years for contracts entered after July 15, 2014 (reduced from 15 years by a 2014 amendment).
